Jenna Brader Durban

Jenna is the visionary and creator of Sacred Embodiment, a donation centered yoga & healing space. She graduated from Otterbein University in 2008 with a Bachelor's in English. She has studied spirituality, the subconscious mind & emotional clearing for the past 20 years. Jenna received her 200 RYT from the highly respected Laurel Hodory in 2012 and has taught thousands of hours in different yoga studios around Columbus and surrounding areas.  In 2020, she completed her 300 RYT with Karen Cutrona Turner creator of UBU Yoga & Fitness.  Her passion for teaching helped launch her own private Sacred Embodiment Training, teaching real tools to bring mindfulness, meditation & deep spirituality to lives. She has mentored yoga teachers in maintaining their own connection to help serve & center students. She now runs women's circles, private healing sessions, one-on-one spiritual coaching & trainings. She currently teaches power yoga classes at GoYoga studios (link below) and also works with school athletics on helping the mental side for young athletes.

Part of her soul work is with the non-profit Madhukara. Madhukara is a newly formed 501c3 non-profit charity that is a community of healers serving as divine stewards to provide basic resources to people in need. Madhukara is dedicated to the collective awakening of the divine presence in all of humanity and offers educational programs to create a network of healers and miracle workers. Through Madhukara, Jenna helps run meals monthly at local homeless shelters. Through Madhukara, Jenna helped launch the creation of the Jeff Brader Miracle Fund. With the sudden passing of her loving and service centered father in April 2024, Jenna and her family established the fund to help families in need. This fund is grounded in the teachings and principals of St. Joseph whom Jeff embodied.
